YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Jardine Diapers does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Jardine Diapers only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Jardine Diapers reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
Visitors may post reviews and comments, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of posted content. Jardine Diapers reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Jardine Diapers and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content on our websites. You grant Jardine Diapers the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Jardine Diapers or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Jardine Diapers takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
LOST PACKAGES A package is considered lost when there are no tracking updates by FedEx or UPS for 15 days. A package shipped by USPS is considered lost when there has been no tracking information for 30 days. Please remember that the Post Office may not scan your package until it has been delivered. Orders will be replaced if inventory is available or backordered if we are waiting on a shipment from the manufacturer. We may refund (less shipping costs) the order if we cannot reship the items. Jardine Diapers' fulfillment obligation is complete when the package has been scanned as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address entered by the customer.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Jardine Diapers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Jardine Diapers does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Jardine Diapers offers measurements and offers suggestions as to product compatibility. However, Jardine Diapers does not guarantee that a product will fit or work as suggested. It is the end users responsibility to make sure that the products are suitable for use in their own particular circumstance. If you feel that a product offered by Jardine Diapers itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
WARRANTIES Most of the products that we carry a 60 day warranty in regards to defects. The product's detail page will indicate if the product carries a different warranty. Cloth diapers and diaper covers are specialty clothing items that are treated to constant use and repeated washings. While we would hope that your diapers and covers last as long as possible, the way that the products are used, how often and how they are washed, how long they sit before washing and other factors beyond Jardine Diapers' control will greatly influence how long the product will last. We cannot guarantee that the products will last any specific length of time. Any descriptions that mention usage offer suggestions only.
ASSORTED COLORS/PRINTS Jardine Diapers offers some products that come in different colors/prints that we choose the color/print to ship to the customer based on availability. During checkout the customer may indicate preferred colors/prints but Jardine Diapers does guarantee fulfillment.
PRICING
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. The price that is shown after you add an item to the shopping cart is the current selling price of the product.
If there is a problem with our web servers when you place an order and prices or shipping costs are calculated incorrectly, we will contact you via email before shipping your order.
SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESSES We only accept orders with billing/shipping addresses from countries that are available in the dropdown menu on our customer registration page.
BILLING Credit cards are charged right before your order ships, not when the order is placed. Orders that are placed using the check/money order option will not ship until we receive the check/money order. In the case of a personal check, Jardine Diapers may wait up to two weeks before shipping your order. We do not accept any COD orders or orders on account.
SHIPPING CHARGES/DELIVERY All available shipping charges/options are shown in a dropdown box labeled 'Delivery'. Additionally there is a clickable icon next to the dropdown box that explains our shipping charges and delivery times. The customer is responsible for selecting the delivery method that they prefer. Changes to shipping charges will not be made after an order ships.
Jardine Diapers may downgrade Express or Overnight shipping to Standard with a reduction in cost at our discretion. Orders with Express/Overnight shipping that do not arrive within the time frame listed on our site will be charged our Standard shipping rate.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
BACKORDERS Jardine Diapers has inventory posted on each product page. It is the responsibility of the customer to check inventory levels before ordering as our shopping cart will allow most items to be backordered. Jardine Diapers keeps online inventory levels as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that inventory levels are 100% accurate at any moment. If you order a product that is shown to be in stock or you do not check inventory before ordering and later find the item to be backordered, your sole remedy is to cancel the backorder. If backordered products are cancelled less than four weeks after placing an order that received reduced rate or free shipping, Jardine Diapers has the right to adjust shipping charges based on the remaining products in the order. Orders that are partially shipped will be charged the full shipping charge upon the initial shipment.
Orders that contain backordered items may change the date that your order ships:
* If you select Super Saver Shipping we may hold your entire order until we have everything to ship together.
* For orders with Standard Shipping, we will hold your order up to a week to wait for backordered items. If we have to wait longer than a week and the majority of your order is in stock, we will ship what we have in stock and backorder the rest. At least one of the shipments will ship Standard. We may ship part of the backorder using another method.
* For Express and Overnight orders, we will ship what we have in stock right away and backorder the rest. The first shipment will ship Express/Overnight. We may ship part of the backorder using another method.
Certain items may not be backordered. This information will be shown on the product detail page.
Backorders are cancelled after 60 days.

FRAUD SCREENING Every order is placed into our fraud screening system before product is shipped. In the event that an order does not satisfy our fraud screening requirements it will be cancelled without prejudice.
