| Unlike most man made fabrics micro terry fibers have been engineered to absorb. The tiny (micro) fibers are smaller than a human hair and are designed with grooves to absorb and lock in moisture. They may feel spongy but when compressed in normal use, they will hold in what they need to. Our Micro Terry Diapers are constructed from an ultra fine blend of 70% polyester and 30% polyamide, the fabric has thousands of tiny fibers providing for super absorbency. These diapers offer more versatility than sewn inserts as they dry faster and when they are done being diapers you can use them for dusting, cleaning or as an reusable cloth for your Swiffer. Fold them in thirds to fit in your pocket covers or lay them in a snug fitting diaper wrap instead of a cotton prefold.
16"x16" of extra thick, fluffy microfiber. You get four layers and 16 ounces of absorbency when folded in fourths. Trim color may differ from the picture. We can't always get these super absorbent diapers and only sell what we have in stock. Micro Fibers are very sturdy at normal temperatures but can become distorted if dried at a very warm or hot setting. They need those pockets in the fiber to trap moisture, if the pockets are closed by high heat the diaper will not be as soft or absorbent. Please dry on low or hang to dry. Absorbency Rating

I love these! I purchased the infant size, and they are very absorbant. They seem like sponges, but the water stays locked in the fibers and doesn't 'squish' back out. They are very trim, less bulky than prefolds, especially between the legs. In fact, I simply fold the diaper in half, close up the wrap-style diaper cover, and tuck in any diaper that sticks out around her legs - and yet there is no bulk in between her legs. These diapers are so soft and squishy that any shape or form feels soft and comfortable against my baby. I do air dry them, and that might make them less desirable for some people who would prefer to dry their diapers in the dryer. They seem softer, more absorbant, and less bulky than the cotton terry diapers I used on my last baby. I often double up the infant diapers for extra absorbancy, and they really hold in the wetness, and keep the wetness more-or-less away from my baby's skin. But my favorite thing about them is how SOFT they are. I am very happy with these diapers. One comment - because they are so trim, you'll need a trim diaper cover (the Proraps I purchased are too baggy in the bottom to hold these diapers in well unless I double them up).
