Fitted Diapers are shaped like disposable diapers. They close around baby's waist with velcro or snaps. Pins and snappis are not necessary.
The difference between fitted diapers and contour diapers is that the fitted diapers usually have built in fasteners at the waist and elastic at the legs.
Fitted diapers are usually a more expensive diapering option, but they stay in place and keep poop in better than other options.
Fitted diapers require a cover, but during warmer months you can just put a fitted diaper on your baby and let them run around outside.
