bumGenius! Bamboo Fitted Diapers are made of bamboo terry inside and out with soakers made of three layers of thick, fluffy and absorbent micro fiber terry. This ultra-trim fitted diaper has hook & loop closures with cross-over tabs for a good fit.
The Newborn size is specially made for your newborn with a low front to keep the umbilical cord area dry.

Bamboo grows quickly and easily without the need for pesticides or fertilizers. It has an amazingly silky texture and offers more absorbency than a cotton diaper of the same size. Like any natural fabric, bamboo gets it's absorbency from micro-gaps and micro-holes along the length of the fiber. This fabulous absorbency needs structure to help the diaper keep it's shape and be as durable as possible. Most bamboo textiles use polyester woven with the bamboo fiber for structure and stability. Cotton Babies uses a 80% Bamboo / 20% Poly blend for a diaper that keeps it shape wash after wash. For a trim, snug fit the inner soaker is fluffy micro terry.

Our most popular liners! Trim fleece topped micro terry liners provide extra absorbency for nighttime or when you need extra time between changes during the day.

The fibers in micro terry are, well, micro - they are smaller than a human hair. What makes this fabric able to absorb where most synthetic fabrics won't is the tiny pockets engineered into the tiny fibers that trap moisture.

It is possible to close up (basically melt) the fibers and close the pockets if they are dried with too much heat. Please either hang dry or dry low to benefit from the highest absorbency possible. Wash cool or warm. Just a little detergent. Your detergent can get trapped in the fibers. Washing these liners with cotton diapers will cause cotton fibers to stick to the liners. Anything lint that gets stuck is simply an aesthetic issue and will not affect the absorbency.

These liners have two layers of micro terry topped by one layer of fleece. About 5.5" wide by 12" long.

BumGenius easily fits babies from 7-35 lbs. by changing the snaps on the front of the diaper. With multiple children in diapers, your diaper stash will be simplified by being able to use the same diaper on different sized babies.

BumGenius One Size come with two inserts - the amazingly absorbent Cotton Babies One Size Microfiber Insert (can be three different lengths 15"L, 13"L or 11"L x 5"W - three layers of micro terry) and a newborn size (11"L x 5"W - 2 layers of micro terry) insert for a trim fit on your recent arrival. The newborn insert can be used with the larger insert when your older baby needs more absorbency.

Diaper Cover Quick Guide

The top front of the diaper has an insert stop feature to keep any wetness from wicking onto clothing. For newborns, the top front of the diaper can be folded down to keep the umbilical area clean and dry.

Three snap-downs on the front of the diaper allow adjustment of the rise as your baby grows. Rolled out leg casings to keep the poo in and to help keep red marks away! Super stretchy, ultra gentle leg and back elastic.

Washing BumGenius:

• Wash dirty diapers every other day.
• For best results, remove solids from diapers before storing in pail (a diaper sprayer is helpful).
• Wash cold with 1/4 cup detergent.
• Wash hot with 1/4 cup detergent.
• If you have a front loader, decrease detergent amount to 1/8 cup.
• Follow with a second rinse.
• Tumble dry on the medium setting.
• Use only detergent and water. Once per month, you may use up to 1/4 cup of bleach in the hot wash cycle (step 4).
• Always use detergent that does not contain perfumes, dyes, whiteners, brighteners or enzymes.
• Do not use laundry additives (including vinegar, baking soda and fabric softeners).
• Do not soak your diapers.

bumGenius odor remover quickly eliminates the source of odor-causing bacteria in cloth diapers. It is non-toxic, biodegradable and is completely free of chemicals, oils, detergents, perfumes and solvents. Completely washes out of your diapers with normal washing routines.

Directions: Remove waste from diaper. From a distance of 6-8”, spray directly onto soiled diaper, lightly covering the soiled area. Do not spray on baby.

For Best Results: Spray every diaper, cover and insert. Do not soak diapers. Always store diapers in a dry pail.

Ingredients: Water and vegetative microbes

• Extra Small is specially made for newborns with a more narrow velcro style strip at the front of the diaper and a low rise in the front. The top front of the diaper can be folded over to accommodate the umbilical cord before it falls off. Folding over the front of the diaper reduces the overall rise measurement to about 11".
  
  
• Three layers of super absorbent micro terry absorb a lot while still providing a trim fit. BumGenius All in Ones are only about 1/4" thick (they will be thicker on your baby where the diaper fastens).
  
  
• Unique stretchy sides and velcro tabs make this diaper easy to put on even an active baby. The suedecloth inner is easy to clean and resists staining. Fold back laundry tabs help out during the wash so your diapers get cleaner without the velcro picking up lint or sticking to other diapers.
  
  
• Can be washed in hot (up to 150 degrees) water. Since the soaker material is micro terry, they will dry more quickly than other All in Ones. When trying to decide upon a diaper size, start with the suggested weights and then see if the waist, leg and rise measurements of your baby fall into the range. Check the rise on the diaper that you are interested in, it will help in being more accurate on where the waist on that diaper will fall on your child. If you start with the measurements you may end up with a cover that is way too big. For all the AIO diapers, you are looking for waist and leg measurements that fall in about the same place in the range. The smallest leg measurements were taken when the cover was fastened on the smallest waist setting. If your baby’s waist measurement is on the lower end of the range and the leg measurement is on the higher end of the range, the diaper may be too tight at the legs.

Our diaper sprayer makes cleaning your baby's messy diapers a breeze. The days of soaking wet, messy, smelly cloth diapers in a pail are gone, as is the dirty task of sticking your hand in the toilet to clean off your soiled cloth diapers. The mulit-hole jet spray with a pressure control valve makes cloth diaper rinsing easy. Sticky, stuck-on solids will be removed without getting your hands wet or dirty when you use our diaper sprayer.

Rinsing off solids before putting your diapers in the diaper pail reduces also reduces diaper stains. After rinsing just rub a little stain soap on any potential stains. Your diaper pail will smell a little better too!

Brass fittings attach easily to the fresh water water supply on your toilet. Five and one half feet of clear tubing provides flexibility when using the sprayer.

Fits on top of prefolds and in larger fitted diapers, can be folded to fit in smaller diapers. They don't stain and also help to keep your diapers from getting stained. Place right on top of the diaper.
